Welcome to the 2019 GLA Time Capsule!
Summer can seem like a lifetime ago now that you’re back in school. Nights spent under the stars. Days spent with new friends working together on community projects that really meant something. Weeks spent overseas on an incredible adventure. All feeling very far away in a sea of homework and pop quizzes.
We know you don’t want those memories to slip away. Good thing we’ve gone ahead and saved them for you!
Over the summer, we worked in secret to collect letters from your GLA program staff, and we buried them in our 2019 time capsule. Now it’s your chance to open it and relive your summer experience through the eyes of your program staff.
Your Time Capsule letter will be posted at the top of your summer program blog.
To locate your time capsule letter, find your program below and navigate to the program blog for your session date. Then if you’re feeling extra reminiscent after reading your letter, you can continue scrolling through your session blog to relive the whole trip!
If you have not redeemed your GLA Alumni Scholarship, you have until Saturday, November 30 to redeem and save up to $500 on tuition for a 2020 GLA program!
And to our valued Alumni who have gone off to University – while we’re sad you can’t travel with us again this year, you still have two additional scholarships that you can gift to others (friends, siblings, other family members) who may wish to travel with GLA in 2020!
*Please note that the time capsule letters will vary by program, depending on what staff and other participants were able to submit for inclusion.
